A Certified Yoga Instructor at the Experienced 200 and Registered 500hr Level, along with a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, I have been teaching publicly in the Halifax Yoga Community for just over a decade.
Having found yoga on my journey through family and health transitions, my teaching is inspired by the interrelationship between the physical and subtle body, the nervous system and the medicinal and transformative power of yoga.
Trauma-aware, I bring forth an energetic component through my historical practice as a Reiki Master/Teacher, BodyTalk Practitioner and Intuitive.
Incredibly human and a forever student of this gig called life, I hold curious, compassionate and playful space for people to have their own experience.
