Did you know that the Menopause Journey can refer to those in their Late Reproductive Phase, Perimenopause, Menopause and Postmenopause stages?! This could speak to women in their *mid 30s and onward. * Average projected age range.  Experiences may vary and be relevant to individual biological progression, medical treatments and/or surgeries.

In the potential whirlwind of fast facts and quick fixes, let's take a PAUSE.

This series can help to:

PAUSE and ground you in your self-care by sharing informed and anecdotal sound bites regarding the Menopause Transition Journey.  
PAUSE and put yourself at the centre of your own lived experience in a supportive community of people navigating similar and unique things.
PAUSE and give you an opportunity to approach transition and change with conscious curiosity, while softening the perpetuated mountain of mastery.
PAUSE and foster an aligned relationship with the practice of yoga through the menopause lens to serve the brilliance of your body, mind and spirit.
